If true that is a misapplication of the rule. A late hit is a dead ball foul. If on 4th down that penalty will be assessed after the change of possession.
Sorry used that term loosely. It was roughing the passer (personal foul) so it was assessed right.

After seeing the way Fairland played tonight. Next week vs Ironton has turned into a very interesting game. I was expecting a down year for the Dragons.

Fairland might be the odds on favorite in the OVC with a big road victory at Athens. Should make for a good game against the tigers Friday. Go Big I

Just watched the athens game the complaining about bad calls and refs is ridiculous get over it

Bulldogs had chances to win this game...

There were def. some head-scratching penalties that seemed to burden Athens at key moments but that comes with being on the road...

The Bulldogs need to sure up the Coverage on Defense before next week...Dragons found open space in our secondary and burned us on several big plays...

Week 3 is here, focus on Parkerburg South!
