Engage about what? Burg typically always has a high CB. I was just explaining why. I can think of quite a few players now that have went to school at burg since K but have lived outside the district their whole life. The way the schools are set up in our two counties, with schools on top of each other, about every school in the Lawrence and Scioto Counties will have CB numbers, especially families who live on borders of neighboring schools. I was just pointing out that Burg has a unique set up to where their are many residential areas that are closer to burgs district rather than the actual school district where the area is located.

Now you are correct, you are better off NOT engaging me when it comes to comparing Ironton's CB and Burg's. I am a brick wall with that. Apples and Oranges. No reason to argue.

Ironton should have had a few tier 2s over the past 5 years. They have been able to skate around it. Apparently they don’t get to with the Ashland kids.

That doesn't tell the whole story. Doesn't include kids that "moved" and depends on what grade they are in when they enrolled. There are plenty of apartments in ironton for them to "move in to" that are owned by the clan.

Yep I have acknowledged those players before. But you have named three players, one who actually transferred back, over a span of 5 years. Burg, Ironton and Jackson have all had their share of the occasional transfers. But we aren’t talking about the occasional, now are we. Ironton got four just this year. Like others have said, probably best not to engage me, I’m on the opposite end of it.

Oh I was just naming some kids who Wheelersburg has had transfer in. All 3 were starters on the football team.

I think I read where Jackson’s CB number is 7.

I know Burg doesn't this year but a couple of years ago did. There are some on here, including myself, that feel Ironton should of had quite a few tier 2's in the past few seasons. That's where I differ on the subject, that and I don't particularly like it overall because I feel like kids who are ready to contribute can be beaten out by them. I feel like it's only going to continue and the rules for them will be more lax in the future. Kind of mirroring college athletics.

Do these CB numbers we are seeing reflect the current season we are in?
