Look...I'm not one to be judgmental and all but if you are going to broadcast a high school game and you are representing your community, burgfan.com, then I would hope you would control your language a bit...To call a player a p#ssy in reference to an NFL player is absurd...Your community deserves better...
GO BURG!!

Burgs gonna win but they can thank Fairland because they just couldn't get out of their own way.

40-21 burg wins it. Much closer than the score indicates IMO. GL to the burg next week.

Re: Week 11: #6 Fairland at #3 Wheelersburg
Burgs defense stepped it up big in the second half and pretty much shut Fairland down. Three, maybe four, interceptions in the second half pretty much doomed the Dragons. The Pirates shut them out for the final two quarters. The Burgs offense did sputter a little bit in the second half, especially in the red zone, but they still got two score and played bend but don't break defense for the big win.
One thing I don't understand though is why the Burg doesn't use McCallister more. The kid came in the 4th quarter and pretty much put the Pirates on his back on that last drive and ran the ball down Fairlands throat for the final score. He is a quick and hard nosed runner and should get more touches.
