You seops lifers hate Ironton for success, then try to spin a sour grape narrative that the success isn't successful enough, all while the programs you support consistently do less.

They all love to dish it. But they are all old sissies with bodies that don't produce anymore testosterone. Gossiping sour pusses who wanna hate on their neighbors. Take it like a man. Lol

No one hates Ironton because they have success. They hate Ironton because they take away from other teams having successs, all while they ultimately fall short of potential. And then beat their own chests and act like it’s because Ironton made it happen. No, if West or Burg, or really any other team had that exact same roster assembled from every other team in the tri state they would have the exact same success.

I don’t think they fall short at all. They’ve been beaten by better teams in particular along the line of scrimmage. This year it appears to be Perry. Whoever comes out of the other regions, Ironton or someone else will again be large underdogs.

The talent they have, they should be underdogs to no one in the state of Ohio in Division 5. You can’t claim to have so much D1 talent and then claim to be an underdog against teams that might send one or two kids to a D3 school. This is a west - burg thread, I’m not turning it into another one about Ironton

Who said better talent? I said better teams. Kirtland and South Range were better teams. Better schemes, fewer mistakes, better coaching, etc. Happens quite often and sometimes in big games. Ohio State vs Miami for a natty comes to mind. Some guy named Craig Krenzel beat a team that basically sent everyone to the league

I think possibly west could walk away with the Victory. After watching both play us, they seemed more dominant.

How much more dominant could Burg have been they held the Falcons to 2 yds rushing and 28 yds passing and 3 first downs which 2 of those were because of Burgs personal foul calls and Burg had over 400 yds of offense 🤔 😳 🙄

If Burg commits to run the ball and plays fairly clean they'll best West.

I guess 51 to 0 is less dominant than the score that west beat them by, 34-7. Who knew?

Not overly confident in West ability to throw the ball, it's improved over the season but they want to lean on the run Burg strong up front. Let's go with Burg by 14

This is what week 10 is all about. Two strong, evenly matched teams competing for the prize. I'll go with the Burg simply because of the way they handled Waverly and Minford, as compared to West. It'll be fun times for fans and players alike next week. Burg by 10+, if no turnovers.
