Hey, just wanted to say, you people need not pay a lot of attention to Bleeding Red. He knows about as much about football as he does putting in windows!!!

Boy, sure is quiet on here. I guess everybody knows who is going to win, or just don't care. I can't wait, I think this is going to be a very interesting year. I look for alot of surprises, and for some kids to really make a name for themselves tonight. Most of the real big names are gone this year, in the whole SOC. It is time for some new names to step up and be the hero. I just wonder who that will be, who out of this game will everybody be talking about tomorrow?

At least I am good at something!

The one to ignore is BushyTailButcher. That guy knows as much about football as he does brain surgery.

Minford will crush the Redmen and send them back to Vesuvius Lake and the hollers of Lawrence Co faster than Charlie Sheen can get his party on.

Go Falcons

Are you serious? I would give you a slim chance at home MAYBE and a big MAYBE, but i would say Minford will defend their home. We'll see the Hill at yourplace next week. :122245

Rock Hill 0
Minford 40
Final

I have to say I was really impressed with the holes the O line opened up tonight. Rock Hill was a smaller team but they were quick up front.

Austin Carter had a heck of a ballgame carrying the football. Berry looked really good running the ball tonight as well. They both had 2 big plays where they hurdled the defender. I think every player stepped up and it showed big tonight. Rock Hill didnt quit and they stayed in there battling all night but Minford was just too much. Penalties seemed to be the only thing that plagued Minford tonight but I am sure that will get better.

Good start for Minford and good luck to the Redmen the rest of the season. Both of these teams are young for the most part and should improve nicely as the year unfolds.

Great to see my Falcons get things rolling tonight. Much better than a week ago. Still areas to improve but they certainly got off on the right foot tonight. Several very good RB's got a lot of carries tonight.

I think they got off to a slow start but picked up momentum as the game went on. I seen alot more intensity in Minford than I seen all last year. Plagued by some penalities but other than that I think they played a good solid game. They need to go into each game with the same intensity this year. They have alot to prove and hopefully last night was a good start. We go into Welston next week and we need to redeem ourselves.

Proud of our Falcons!!!
