WHERE: Zanesville High School Gymnasium

WEIGH – IN: 8:00am – 10:00am

COMPETITION: Begins @ 10:30am

DIVISIONS: Freshmen/Sophomore & Junior/Senior Boys

CLASSES: Lightweight 125lbs, 135lbs, 145lbs, 155lbs
Middleweight 165lbs, 175lbs, 185lbs, 195lbs
Heavyweight 210lbs, 225lbs, 250lbs, Unlimited
Girls 125lbs, 145lbs, 165lbs, Unlimited

LIFTS: Three attempts @ Bench, Squat, & Dead Lift

ENTRY FEE: $10.00 per Lifter

RULES: As per closed sheets, including no wraps, suits, etc.

REQUIREMENTS: Permission Slip signed by a parent or guardian

AWARDS: First - Third place in each weight class receive medals
Fourth – Sixth place in each class receive ribbons
Male-Female Index Winners

TEAM AWARDS: Trophies will be awarded to the top three teams

FACILITIES: Seating, Locker Rooms available

ADMISSION: $1 for student spectators, and $2 for adults

CONCESSIONS: Breakfast/Lunch will be available

T-SHIRTS: Available for $10, $12, and &14
