Why does the jv team only have 8 games?

Our JVs rarely play more than 8 games. Chances are one of the two already scheduled will get cancelled.

It is rare for our freshman to have a full schedule as well. It has to do with a variety of factors, but mainly location. We have a hard time getting games scheduled at the lower levels.

Lancaster rarely schedules and plays a full JV schedule as well. we are required to schedule all conference games for some reason but 99.9% of the time we cancel the week 10 game to prepare for playoff games by bringing up a lot of the jv to play varsity that week.

I'm told Chilli doesn't have a freshman team this season. They cancelled on us, and that was the reason given.

We didn't get a JV game with Chilli either. (Our game with them is week 10). Maybe it will be added as weeks open up due to cancellations?

How can Chilli not have a 9th grade team? They've had good numbers recently I thought.

I was thinking the same thing. That's a large Division III school. Seems very strange.

Here is why our CAVS do not have a freshmen team this year. Our Varsity has 68 players. With the 12 Freshmen added that makes our CAVS having 80 total players. I don't know why we are not playing some of our JV Games

That's really odd. Chillicothe should have a fairly large JV Team this season. Hopefully, the Jr. High 8th Grade Team and the Kids who will be playing for the CAVS this year will take notice this season what can happen if their grades are not up to snuff.
