I have read quite a bit about it and I think NFHS will make it illegal in a year or two. The formation is based on abusing the numbering exception that was put in the rules to let faster kids be on the interior of a punt formation without changing jerseys or reporting ineligible. The guy that came up with it is doing clinics and selling DVDs like a madman. It is a gimmick and should be illegal.
