I dont like to make score predictions but the West defense is looking pretty solid..so im gonna take West in this one....hopefully we get to see two 9-0 teams playing each other in Week 10 for the SOC 2 crown!

It will be a tough job for Brent to get these guys up this week. They know that they had oppertunities to beat the Burg. I guess will see just how good West is, or how much Waverly has given up.

Rooting for Minford to win by 2-3 scores.

I doubt it would happen, but looks like Minford was really solid tonight vs Burg and I'm wishing and hoping that West isn't nearly the team they are so that it makes our path easier!

Am BURG all the way but my grandson plays for East, hence the name.He is a senior this year so will be back at BURG games next year.Tyler Craigmiles is my nephew.And by the way I predictated, wrongly I might add now, Minford would win tonight.And no I don't dislike Minford I hope all Scioto county teams win as much as they can,go as far as they can.And I hope not, but think West will be the SOC champs.Will be able to go to that(Burg vs West)game since we,or maybe I should say East, play Notre Dame on Saturday that week.Two of my children were rooting tonight just as hard for Minford as I was,with another son,for Burg, mixed up family.But we were all at East and listening to Burg and Minford on radio.

Minfords offence will be to much for the siders defense.....minford big

I can say from watching Minford that they can play some pretty good defense. They kept Coal Grove's ball-control offense from dominating the game, playing bend-but-don't break in the redzone. If they can hold Burg to 14 points, they should be able to do alright against West.
Can't see a whole lot of points being scored in this one. I'll go with Minford in a very close one. If any of the "Big 3" in the SOC II miss the playoffs, I'd say it will be West - weak OVC slate will come back to hurt them and I don't think they'll beat Wheelersburg, who's looking poised for a very nice playoff run.
