What's going on at Hillsboro!

Just wanted to pic some brains on what might be the problem with Hillsboro. A new coach didn't seem to help the problem. Worse than last year? A lot of their good players from last year didn't play this year. One thing that I see is that they keep bringing back the same assistant coaches from back when Coach Early was there. Besides one good season it's been down hill for a while now. Any insight, guesses or rants?
