A complete “woodshed” beating put on by the Indians tonight. They were the better team and they showed it. The thing I like is they showed up ready to play. Long trip. We are 2-5. But the kids brought it from the opening kick off. That shows me that Coach Crabtree and Co. haven’t lost them.

Next week is going to be a monumental task, but there is no doubt that can beat Minford and get to 4-6 which would be a 3 game improvement over last season. Valley is in a downturn right now, but there is talent coming.

Valley was ready to play after a very long bus ride. Tip your hat to their coaching staff and players. Belpre was not ready to play. The kids played hard. Hopefully they will get a couple of players healthy for next weeks game vs Eastern as this will be their last chance to get a win.

Always good to find a poster on this site that is a true fan of their team in good , or down years. Not one who blames the Coaches or the Players.
BTW: This Does not includes other posters who always seem to be "Calling Out" individual Players or Coaches from opposing teams for their problems or mistakes on or off the field. Others should take a lesson from Mr. Bee.

I am sure this season hasn't gone the way the players and coaches had hoped it would.

This Friday's game vs Eastern is a chance for Belpre to A.) get a much needed win and B.) build some confidence going into the season ending game vs a very good Waterford team on Senior Night in Belpre.

2 weeks of football left for this year's Senior class. I hope they all work hard and play their very best as their careers come to a end on the gridiron.
