No topic needed

mcclain give up over 40 a game on defense while only getting 5.5 on offense. Jackson rolls and should consider resting their starters after a series or 2

Jackson rolls and scores 50+. starters should just play the first half. They would probably be at almost 50 by half if they just stick to the run, maybe do some play action pass at times. And I would NOT play McCoy really much, rest him the most. Run your other backs like haller alot, storms and graham some as well. Then let the JV play second half. even tho it's homecoming for jackson, but still not really much of an opponent. Jackson HUGE!

Then FAC Championship vs. Chillicothe!

Can't take any opponent for granted, but McClain is really struggling. Jackson needs to take care of business, put this game away early, and get rested up for Week 10.

You really can take this one for granted. Keep starters in score 14-21 and get them out and healthy for chillicothe.

I agree with you, score early and done let up, then after halftime then play second string all second half. Gotta be as a team 100% for Chillicothe.

Why would you want to do that? I was pulling for your rockets to pull off the upset over Athens and they just able did that.

McClain really is struggling this year offensively and defensivly. Washington scored at will and rested starters in 4th. Greenfield kids are very scrappy QB has a very nice arm no one to throw to though.

They do have a very good kicker though he made it from 38 . This year every game I have seen a good kicker unreal. Anyway Good Luck

McClain is a proud program and will be ready to play Friday. Jackson needs to stay focused. The goal should be to play a clean game . Minimize penalties and play crisp football. Hopefully they can play some kids on the depth chart early in the game . Jackson has set themselves up for a week 10 showdown for all the marbles . But first they must take care of business Friday .

need to get care of business team wide.........don't be overlooking to week 10 showdown and end up in a dog fight........take care of this quick and early and get the needed rest for the remaining game and on to the post season.........this is why they lift early all those mornings before school, run all those needed hot dog day sprints, so when this time of year of comes they are physically and mentally ready for the challenges that lay ahead in the coming weeks.......the ironmen have fought to get there yet again, which is no surprise.......

I know all the cliche' one week at a time sayings, and generally speaking I subscribe to them, but, I would be shocked if we don't discuss and start game planning a little bit for Chillicothe this week. Call me crazy, but I think that is probably gonna happen.

Good luck Jackson.
This is the type of games that you can work on some weaknesses on both offense and defense, once you get the big lead and of course get the 2nd unit a lot of playing time.

as it stands now Jackson needs all the 2nd level points they can get in the next two weeks. Their hopes for the playoffs aren't just on winning the league they need a good portion of the teams they've beaten to WIN WIN WIN!!! They will beat McClain, barring some miracle! They need to beat Chillicothe to have a great chance at getting into the play-offs, Region 11 is going to be tough to be in top 8 this season. A win this week and next week will certainly give them a great fighting chance, a loss anywhere in the mix complicates week 11 for them. I'm pulling for the Ironmen!

Jackson is basically guaranteed to make the playoffs at 9-1.

At 8-2, it's probably more likely that they're out than in. I haven't done any calculations or projections yet. Probably will wait until after Week 9, so there are less games to predict.
