I truly believe you could take a kid like Humphreys or Haller and play them just about any position on either side of the ball and they’d hold their own at every position and be very good at several of them. Last year with all the injuries they took a skilled kid in Ty Ruckel and he jumped right in on the line. In similar fashion Ruckel one of those kids that could hold his own about anywhere (he was QB all through) but now will be one of the leaders of the young line. I’ve always liked when skill kids step in to help out on the offensive line. No coincidence some of the greatest JHS lineman were skilled athletes and not 260 lb strong kids.Poo Bear wrote: ↑Sat Jul 21, 2018 7:59 pmI could see a couple guys moving to the O line for the good of the order .Ironmen#2588 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 20, 2018 11:55 am Eisenhower

Humphreys
Landrum and company
Now the two transfers, the offense should be awesome, BUT the o-line throws up the red flag, would have been nice to have got in some o-line. if they can get things going on the line then the offense will put up a lot of points this year.
Defensively Jackson will be very strong and dominate mostly. Time will only tell and in game reps. there will be some young talent in there also. Looking forward to this season.
Like I said, Jackson is Linebacker U....many of those kids can play numerous positions. Offensive line might be one of them.
