I wouldn't think it would be open to just anyone to come in when there is no one there. To have it open 24/7 it will have to have someone there and If they hire someone I'm sure someone will complain about the tax payers money. Wonder how many stadiums in high school are open to the public at all times?

I'm just glad we have the stadium we have for are sports and the same with the field house.

Vinton County’s stadium/track is open to the public. It’s never locked. I’m pretty sure NY stadium/track is open as well. Athens isn’t. Not sure about the rest of the TVC.

No It isn't scheduled to be finished until early spring. It wouldn't shock me if it would be a little later with all the rain we have had.

Big building! Somewhat awe inspiring every time I go out to the school. Hopefully the opportunity for community use will be as advertised.

I understand that's how they will make money for operating costs from community use. We will see how that works out. I hate that they had to chew off a big section of parking for it. :(

It wouldn't shock me if they put some parking beyond this building where the grass field is. Won't be close to what they took but it will be needed.

Some field houses I've seen are built higher to be able to punt footballs in there and such, when football teams has practices in them when it's too hot outside...... This one I'm hearing, is not built as high, but nice........

No way it will be a whole 100 yard field. It’s not beingb solely built for the purpose of the football team. There will be multiple basketball courts, classrooms, indoor track, etc.

From some of the things I have heard there might be a lot of indoor track. Logan's own early spring sport can practice in there too.

Don't know if anyone said or knows if there is bad weather during a home track meet could some of the events be held inside like the pole vaults?

It looks like it's taking shape. One would think this would be a big seller for a new coach.
