WSAZ news reports 16 year old riley sipple died in a car accident last night.

This is Anothony sipples younger sister who we lost less then a year ago. Riley was multi sport athlete volleyball, basketball and softball. And also a great singer and a member of the Gallia academy magicals.

Riley’s parents are both educators in the Gallipolis city and county schools. Riley played traveling softball so I am sure this will be a loss felt in many computers. Such a load for one family to carry. Your in my thoughts and prayers.

I know this is not a football topic but I wanted to share where a lot of people would see as I know a lot of people know this family so move if necessary.

Riley recently sang “finally home” at the variety special and left a auditorium in tears with the love and courage she showed for her brother.

Please remember Wyatt sipple also he will be a senior at Gallia academy this upcoming year.

Losing one child is more than one family can endure but the thought of losing two children within the same year truly aches my heart. My deepest thoughts and prayers go out to the Sipple family in this most difficult time.

Often times as parents our lives become so pack with events, activities, work and other responsibilities that we forget to say the simplest thing to our children. "I love you". As one who is all to familiar with the pain the Sipple family is enduring, everyone please take a moment and tell your kids, "I love you" because we never know when that opportunity might be taken away from us.
