The Buckeyes have 7 on 7's the 10th at home, at Jackson on the 12th, and at home on the 19th.
We will scrimmage Oak Hill (away), New Lex (home) and will play Ready in the Jamboree (home again)

That's what I heard. Heard they won the 7 on 7 and the fight. Can't wait to see Athens vs Trimble scrimmage

Look for Trimble to be the best on the field in week 1. Go Cats. also heard they looked good in the 7on7s , but you can take those with a grain of salt but that’s a good indicator.

I'd be interested to know about Oak Hill's 7 on 7 as well. I know RV was there.

I thought Jackson and Nelsonville looked good at Jackson and Ironton, Gallia and ZT did plenty of good things as well.

Jared Icenhower looked really good for Jackson. Brody Landrum was awesome on both sides of the ball. Nevan Yates gonna have a real nice season.

Ironton’s QB could throw it through you...cannon arm

Gallia’s Defense looked good

Zane Trace has some nice pass and catches

Nelsonville’s Wilburn, yeah he has next level speed. Just blowing by everyone. The defenses pretty much all got torched by him early just by underestimating his speed.

I’ve watched 2 evenings worth of 7 on 7s this summer , these things are getting a little out of control. Coaches screaming and hollering like a Cheer squad on every incomplete pass. Guys basically trying to tackle each other , standing over players who are down. Just bush league crap. Heck even saw a fight the first night , luckily it didn’t turn into a huge melee. The coaches act goofier than the players. Bad idea especially when you will play that team in the regular season and it won’t be a game of touch then .

Johnstown scrimmaged Fredericktown, Olentangy Orange and Olmsted Falls at Ohio Wesleyan. Both teams had to drive 40 yards to reach the end zone.
From what I saw Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors balls that appeared to reach the end zone. It looked like Johnstown Freshmen scrimmaged the other teams Freshmen or possibly JV that I did not get to see.
Jtown 2, Fredericktown 2, Johnstown 2 Orange 1, Johnstown 4 Olmsted falls 1 (both team added a possible pick 6)

That scrimmage vs west should be interesting

Johnstown scrimmaged Desales tonight. Looked like Desales 6 or 7 to Jtown 3 or 4, but Johnstown picked Desales off 5 or 6 times to Desales I know had at least 1 pick

Waterford obliterated warren at their 7 on 7. Doesn’t say much, but still. We will see how Waterford does against crooksville...
