By the way do you think that possibly he might have been told that he wasn't going to have a chance to compete for the QB position? I will also say that if he had been given that chance, he would have been the starting QB easily.

I think Minford is headed in the right direction, won't be shocked if we see couple QBs play against Rock Hill. Think I'm going to take Minford by 2 scores.

After watching Fairland have their way with Minford, I am going with the Tribe on this one. If they can control Minfords passing game on defense they could win Big.

Oh by the way, I would think that a high division prospect would not leave the program, just because someone told him he had no chance? To leave one school and enroll at another, and expect to start, without competing for the position? Hmm!

I don't know that he was a high division prospect in football or not. I do know that if skill had anything to do with it as far as being the best QB at Oak Hill, he was hands down the best. I know what happened, I also know that you do not.

There is no greatness in NOT playing. I KNOW NOT? Excuses are the crutches for the uncommitted. Strike three !!!

The Dragons had their way with the not so mighty falcons.
Fairland don’t have much this year.
If Rock Hill has a running game any where close to what they had last year they will win by at least 2 td’s.

20-6 Falcons at half. Falcon offense has taken advantage of excellent field position provided by the special teams play. Could be 26-6 but a unnecessary penalty brought back a Wiget return TD. Sounds like the sophomores are coming to play accounting for 2 TDs (Skaggs and Risner) and Voglesong-Lewis has been effective at the WR. Risner also has 2 punts tonight both landing inside the 5 yard line. Wiget is showing his toughness and speed breaking off some big runs and 1 td. Kelly is playing great and the big guys upfront on both sides are playing awesome. Im sure the Redmen will come out at half ready to roll. A lot of football to be played still heres to an injury free game.

Complete 180 heck of a game by the falcons owned the line the scrimmage and hit all night long the defense was lights out outside the two fumbles rock hill didn’t do much but they fought all game. The sophomores stepped up huge as did wiget. Awesome game from both teams big week 2 coming.

Glad to see the Matiz defense is back.

Nice to see Minford come out on top. It sounded like a good game and hopefully Minford can get it rolling.
