Ironman, Hoping for better things but we lost a lot of talent on last years squad. Probably be starting a sophomore QB. So, you all beat us up last year , just hoping to play with you this year. Good luck this season.

FU made strides last year, but I expect them to be just "average" this year. I think the coaching is a lot better with the current staff than it was under the previous regime, but it is hard to tell yet if FU's improvement would have been possible if they didn't have Woodside anchoring them.

This game traditionally is too hard to predict, but my gut tells me New Lexington should be favored in this one. New Lex is now coached by Bill Franks, who was previously the coach at Newark Catholic. After the last six years now of spinning their wheels in the mud, New Lex seems to finally have something good building back up for them. They may be a year or two away from week 11, but they have a very real chance of starting this season 3-0.

Building excitement in NL this year. New coach. new outlook. I think we are very close to having the athletes to contend. As a poster stated above, could be 1 year away. but its getting very close :)

Heard the scrimmage with Sheridan really poorly for FU. I was able to get no updates though, from either side.. so not sure what FU will really be like come friday night. Hopefully the boys play well, go Falcons!
