Josh Taylor QB Western Brown
408 yards passing with 4 TD
148 yards rushing and 2 TD
He may be out of the area for this but I can’t imagine anyone having a better week

Jamarcus Carroll, Unioto.
21 carries for 228 yards and 3 touchdowns. He also threw for a touchdown as well.
I know he played more D this week, but I don’t have his numbers on that side.
On the year, he has rushed for 773 yards and 10 touchdowns. The junior is having an outstanding season.

Re: SEOPs Week 4 player of the week Nominations
I agree after looking at his numbers and a very competetive game when it went down to the wire. Josh Taylor, Western Brown QB has my vote. To most voters does it matter when picking these nominations if all factors are included in a nomination, If one team wins in a blowout and the other team is far inferior over two teams thats competitive and the player has big stats against a strong opponent. That factors in my picks not how many yards you can amass against far weaker teams or how many TDs you score theres more to picking this than what Ive read here. just my thoughts, does anyone else share similar thoughts. Example if a player playing against Wheelersburg, West , Gallia, Trimble, New Lexington has big totals that says a whole lot in my eyes. Good Luck to all nominations great seasons so far in 2018

Re: SEOPs Week 4 player of the week Nominations
Grafton accounted for 7 TD's! 3 rushing, 3 passing, 1 INT return...great games by many this week but don't know how 7 TD's doesn't win.
Re: Week 3 player of the week nominations
From what I’ve heard, unioto is heavily reliant on their run game. For them to continue to have success is a true testament to their offensive line and RB.Rolltanks wrote: ↑Thu Sep 13, 2018 8:12 pm Jmar had 180 or so yards and a td against waverly. They played cover zero in the second half with everyone in the box. 2 fumbles hurt and his lack of conditioning made him have to sit on defense and sub out on offense it they rarely stopped him and everyone with a pulse knew he was getting it

Parker for me is a given. Not just the stats but if you seen the scores you would say the same not to mention he had 2 sacks one that knocked the q.v. out and 8 tackles
Re: SEOPs Week 4 player of the week Nominations
14 for 20 passing and 239 yards with 6 touchdowns. 9 carries for 82 yards and 1 touchdown. Kicked a 42 yard field goal.
7 total TD's
Re: SEOPS Players of the Week
These are all great nominations but did you see or have you seen the RB from Lucas?
Jeb Grover had 33 carries, 319 yds rushing (9.7 yds/carry), 4 TD's, and 65 yds receiving against Troy Christian last week. Plus he's their MLB on defense. And you want to talk about loading the box against him; Lucas runs the Wing-T. Troy Christian had no option but to load the box. Outstanding performance! And it sounds like one heck of an O-Line!
