When was the last time a game with Meigs was a big deal for Logan? Sad.

Easy win v a team Logan should not play, but Logan posters will talk about how the Chiefs are back after beating on a school half the size.

Logans offense is going to do alittle better, the deffense will do alittle better but the same outcome just with a closer score.

The Chiefs better be ready since this could be a blow out for Meigs! The fat lady is continuing to warm up on the banks of the Hocking!

If there is a major change of direction in the Logan football program coming, I fail to see it. Until revenue and overall outrage move the situation, we will continue to see the usual blather on Saturday morning in the Logan Daily. A sad state of affairs in a traditionally football driven athletic program. So hand out the participation ribbons and move on to the next class.

Reality is, if they lose this one, odds go way up that an 0-10 season is possible . The power structure is really asleep at the wheel. Incompetence rules in Logan. How blind and stupid must they be ?

I looked at the Logan schedule after Tri-Valley beat them and thought if they lose to Meigs they likely go 0-10. Still feel that is accurate.

Logan has a nice stadium and from what I remember the school look nice.
What seem to be the problems?
I remember how good they were back when they had that stud QB(P.A.)

Yes, they had a stud QB. They had so much more. They had swagger, a winning attitude, a core of solid athletes who held that locker room together. The kids had a sense of accomplishment, a need to put in the work. The staff and coach enforced and encouraged that sense of, for lack of a better word, rising above your ability. No one was coming into that stadium and getting a free pass. Not dissing the current athletes but there is no feeling of rising above, breaking through, working harder than your opponent and doing whatever it takes. I'm not a coach. I don't know what is going on in that locker room now. I do know there are years of kids not knowing what it takes to win. THAT is what's missing. Until you have the WHOLE of the program that is drilled in the fundamentals and willing to bust through the walls to win, you'll have what you have now. I remember that stadium and Bill Sauer field buzzing with anticipation at every game. Now we look forward to seeing the band and hoping for a good show.

   Yep, that's about what it's like out at the concentration camp. But he needs a police dog to bark and show his teeth at game goers, and a bicycle to ride around on and stare people down like they are criminals.  :?
