Coshocton is playing Port Clinton later this afternoon, so I will update the record as we go. This should be an interesting week 5 match up at Jim Rockwell Stadium. New Lex needs to focus on doing what New Lex does better. No magic rabbit comes out of a hat after a tough loss.

Coshocton has played better competition so it is hard to judge based on records (somewhat like Maysville entering last week).

Two very similar communities that love their football teams. They have played yearly since 2013. Games have been a dog fight almost every year. They will be in the same division with Coshocton joins the MVL in 2 years.

Are these schools about the same size? I thought Coshocton might be larger.

New Lex has 231 boys and Coshocton 170.

No highlights due to the lengthy lightning delay, but Zanesville TV did a scoring summary and it was a back and forth game with New Lex scoring very late in the game to win 32-29.
