You have a great team. Celebrate a good win. Valley showed up and played hard.

But you had plenty of calls go your way. To hear anything different is funny.

I’m tired of that. You guys have it all. Don’t whine over some call against some school who graduates 70 kids. Lol.

wobycat,

I would agree with the PI, and the facemask I felt like forward progress was stopped prior to the penalty.

Valley played hard, were proud of that.

To say the refs kept Valley close would be asinine at best....unless I watched a different game live.

Congrats Pirates, good luck in the Playoffs.

I'll take Valley by double digits over minford next week. Valley has a clear edge in coaching in that one.

I apologize for being so fired up.
No reason to say that stuff on here. I just couldn’t understand how anyone could think refs were making that game close. lol.
I think Wheelersburg will struggle against a team that can pound them and has a smart secondary.
But Wheelersburg is a very good team..

My question is why wasn’t the valley coached ejected after coming all the way on the field and then not leaving. I personally think that was BS but then again I’m not a ref so I can’t say anything. But IMO he should have been tossed

That's a great question... Is he still there? Did they play the rest of the game with him there since he refused to leave?

During a timeout the officials allowed him to voice his displeasure with a horrendous pass interference call, and once they'd heard enough he went back to the sideline. Pretty standard stuff, but since you're not a ref you can't say anything.

He does seem to spend about as much time on the feild as some of his players
Maybe he is the Indians 12th man
He is very entertaining.

So are u saying the interference call was a bad call? B/C from where I was sitting it looked like a good call but like I said in the above post I’m not a ref

I’m not saying it was a bad call, I’m saying it was as bad a call as I’ve ever seen. You had two guys go up for a jump ball. The defender played the ball and deflected it... it was a horrendous call. Did it affect the outcome? Nope but it doesn’t help an underdog’s chances.

I was standing by the fence right where that play happened and why they called pass interference is because while the ball was in the air the Valley defender grabbed and pulled on Holdens jersey it was pretty obvious call. And I'm sure there are bad calls every game but that wasnt one of them.
