SOC Championship on the line and playoffs for both teams. Really hope both teams come out injury free heading into playoffs.

Oak Hill 48
Green 12

Will still be a great season. From a school that considered shelving football to the SOC runner up and in the payoffs.

Great for the kids and community...get them new facilities so they stop losing transfers!

Green should be very proud of the year that they have had. Even if they lose to OH, they will still have had a great year. I wish both teams the best if they are lucky enough to make the play-offs.

What is the playoff chances for both teams? Green needs a River loss tonight, Caldwell and Danville next week I believe.

I think green is in just a matter of position. Oak hill is control own destiny so win and in. Both teams will make it.

It will take a Herculean effort for green to win. If they don't, no shame in losing to a team like the oaks. Good seasons for both squads. Hoping for a good game.

As the Philistine moved closer to attack him, David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet him. Reaching into his bag and taking out a stone, he slung it and struck the Philistine on the forehead. The stone sank into his forehead, and he fell facedown on the ground.

Would like to see Green pull off the upset but taking Oak big. If Oaks goes up big early you pull your starters for playoffs right?

I would love to see green pull this off. Reality is oak hill will be too much. I hope green stays in the top 8 and get to play week 11. Not matter what happens in week 11 the kids can say we made it.

Greens already really banged up but it’s been next man up. Missing starters last night with injuries.Competing hard which is what it’s all about. Proud of their effort and win or lose Friday it’s been an enjoyable season . Playoffs are the payoff for the work the kids and staff have put in and Green will be very competitive next year too. Go Cats !!

As far as Green winning, its possible but not probable. I been told that OH is mostly a running team, very seldom throwing the ball. If OH thinks that Green is going to just roll over, they may find themselves in a pretty good ballgame. Hope both teams have an injury free game.
