I would guess that Bloom Carroll will be in the playoffs. If so should just be a tuneup before Week 11. I wonder if Scott will try to have his Son to take it a little easy on Logan Elm ?

If Bloom-Carroll wins, do they then share the conference crown with the winner of Amanda Clearcreek-Teays Valley?

I believe they do. The Academy loss for BC doesn’t factor into divisional standings, as CA is in the other part of the MSL. So, BC + AC/TV winner = co-champs with one loss.
