I almost decided on the Lucas @ LCC game but after thinking that was a long drive to see, what should be a very one sided affair, I decided on London @Whitehall.

[2018] Lucas (OH) 28, [2018] Trimble (Glouster, OH) 26

Just for grins
2017: Actual score was Trimble 20, Lucas 19 (but not on neutral field; was on sloppy, muddy Lucas field)

[2017] Lucas (OH) 26, [2017] Trimble (Glouster, OH) 21

If LCC played Green, River or Caldwell...my prediction would be that LCC would score 70+ points easily and shut out all teams.

Yea, but from what I've been hearing Lucas is much better this year, not to mention"Hardened, Motivated" and "Ready." I doubt if Calpreps is aware of all that.

Is there anyone on these threads that actually talks football, or is it just trolls now-a-days?

Yes. You did pretty much stuff the run. The 3 TD passes Lucas threw against you guys were tied for the most of any game all year. We are more diverse this year. Thanks for trolling...Lol. But seriously, in all honesty, that trolling BS turns people away from forums like this. Its not even funny to serious fans of HS football. Its just stupid.

Trimble is also better than last year and the run defense is lights out. I think when they matchup with Lucas if Lucas is going to win they will have to do it through the air. Obviously I'm bias being from Trimble, but this defense is darn near as good as the 2013 State runner up defense. Maybe the pass coverage isn't but when 65 and 68 are rushing the QB and forcing quick bad throws it don't have to be. Ready for week 12

I agree about the trolling, if we don't respond to it, hopefully they will just go away. Not all the time, but most of the time you can see by how few a posts that they have, as to what there intent is.

It's called fun. That's all. If you don't like it, don't respond to it or make threads asking peoples thoughts? It's not like we can get back on the field Friday night's because most of us are old. Lol.
My prediction, LCC takes this one in a barn burner at 28-24 (because not taking anything from the Cubbies, they are tough) but when they drop to 7-3, maybe they will drop to #3 where they belong and the Tomcats regain the #2 spot. Just my thoughts, but who am I?

I habe seen both Trimble and Lucas this season. I say a close game if they play. Have to give the edge to Lucas. More disciplined. 35-33.

No problem, just a few knuckleheads on here the other day saying some really stupid crap. Then later in the day it was erased. I agree about not being able to get back on the field on Friday nights. I relived it briefly a few years ago though. Lucas has an alumni football team, and I played 8 games from the age of 35 to 39. Hung up the cleats after that. It was a blast to feel that rush again.

That's a fact man. It is a blast. With the field renovations going on this year down here at Trimble, they had to cancel the alumni game this year. Other than that, they have one every year. The older you get, the harder it is to make it into work the next day after that though

Lucas is outmatched in this game. LCC has more speed and size but guess what, that's why we play the game!
This game really has no bearing on either team, both are locked into a home playoff game and probably locked into one of the top 2 spots in their regions. These kids get to go out and HAVE FUN knowing that next week, they'll be hosting a playoff game. Doesn't get much better than that.

Agreed. We are probably outmatched speed wise, but we will see! Looking forward to watching this one, and to the playoffs moving forward. Hoping for both teams to get through this one healthy.

"very one sided affair"

"Lucas is outmatched"

Keep doubting this group. They believe they can lace them up with anyone in D7. I do too.

Hope they can keep it up.
