He probably meant to say Northmor .
No I meant North Union. Huge twitter war going on between players of North Union and Fairbanks. North Union won by 40 vs Fairbanks. Fairbanks boasting about being only team in county to make playoffs. NU had to make sure the Panthers knew who won week 1.

The Cadets were a ton of blowouts so stats are not eye popping but if you look at yards per carry it’s pretty impressive.

Tough draw for the Cadets but I'm still going with them.

Good luck and good health to both teams

Fort Frye is slowly losing the basketball-school mantra for football-school. But heck, the Cadets are good for an easy win.

Fairbanks is super spread they prefer to pass most of the running game comes from the QB draw. They will throw in an RPO.

Serious question. What happens if Fort doesn't move the game, and the game officials come in and declare the field unplayable?

Fort Frye’s field should be in ok shape they were on the road last week. Now Waterfords is in real bad shape. I heard they might not even be able to paint lines on it.

Been breaking down stats for Fairbanks Panthers

They are actually a pretty balanced team overall

Passing 175 per game
Rushing 173.6 per game

They turn the ball over frequently 21 turnovers

#5 QB Jacob Nicol is the key to this team he’s a stud. He’s by far the teams leading rusher and passer. Like other have said he even missed 3 games.

Passing 108/183 59 % 1328 yards 189 per game 16 Tds 7 Ints
Rushing 117 for 936 8 ypc 12 Tds

They have 3 good WRs
Star 6-4 Wr Beem who lead them in rec 7 times

Other Wr is #2 Damron who lead them in rec 2 times.

In first 3 games they were pretty bad offensively

Without Nicol

91 rushing per game
79 passing per game.

They are really undisciplined if you look at the stats they lead in penalties all but one game.

Also they are weak in run defense they allowed over 300 rushing on multiple occasions.

They are going to run a ton of draws and going to find other ways to run with Nicol. He carried the ball 16.7 times a game while most of the time the teams running back #6 Mason Cushman is getting like 5-7 carries a game.

Fort will need to contain the ends and spy on the QB. Maybe bring in an extra DB like Tate or Greenleaf.

Since Nicol returned
Passing yards- 192.6
Allowed- 125.5

Rushing Yards- 198.9
Allowed- 133.8

TOs- 1.7
Created- 2.7

Penalties-yards- 8.7-84.3
Opponents- 4.2-35.8

Also worth noting, in the win over Mechanicsburg, Fairbanks rushed for 202 while passing for only 58. I believe that game was played in the rain.

Yea but when they run it’s normally with the Qb

Fort Frye's line has to win battles up front so they don't have to bring extra safety help. If they have to bring an extra man in to stop the run, this will be a shootout.

Well they play 4 or 5 WRs every time might need that extra safety. Last year NY would send 2 WRs deep wait for our 1 safety to pick a side and go over the top to another guy.

Yep. If they can contain the run with only 5 in the box, that will be key. If they have to bring 6, it's going go be a shootout.

Fort speed on the Dline will be huge Isiah Jones, Medley and Dre Turner. Also Fort has great backers both OLB backers could play DB if we needed them to.

The Cadet linebackers are very fast and the line is active and athletic. I think they will be able to cause some problems for Fairbanks.
