Lol don’t matter if your big if you have the Dallas Cowboy line blocking for you.FANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Sun Nov 18, 2018 7:50 pmYep, was listening to the game on wkyc stream. He was in and out whole second half depending on the situation but avg. like 11 yd every time he touched the ball running or receiving. Tough kid but not big in stature.EasternDspy wrote: ↑Sun Nov 18, 2018 7:28 pm I just read that the reason Mogadore kept it close was because Kirtland had so many injuries. Torok hurt hamstring was out then came back in after another Rb got hurt. Torok still had 167 yards. If you watch his film he rarely gets touched until 2nd level.

Joe Thomas has lost some weight. I saw a picture of Torok and lineman 74 standing by Joe Thomas at Browns game and I’m not joking #74 looked bigger then Joe Thomas.FANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Sun Nov 18, 2018 8:21 pmTrue thatEasternDspy wrote: ↑Sun Nov 18, 2018 8:11 pmLol don’t matter if your big if you have the Dallas Cowboy line blocking for you.FANOSPORTS wrote: ↑Sun Nov 18, 2018 7:50 pm

Kirtland 1st rated defense in the state allowing 3.9 ppg.
Re: Final 4: Fort Frye (12-0) vs Kirtland (13-0)
Yea they're huge, but they couldn't block Donno last year. He ate them up and forced them to run away from him. I realize FF has no one like him so it's moot. I like FF but no way they can hang with Kirtland if either team is anything like last year.

Kirtland will wear Fort Frye down. Their lineman aren't just big but they are good.
They can throw the ball when they want to.
I don't know what kind of depth fort Frye has on the O and D lines but they better have some kids they can rotate in and out.

Fort has some depth at DL but they only have 32 players.Orange and Brown wrote: ↑Mon Nov 19, 2018 6:03 pm Kirtland will wear Fort Frye down. Their lineman aren't just big but they are good.

Hoping Fort Frye can squeak this one out! Good luck cadets!

Good luck Fort Frye! A lot of people have doubted you all year, and you have proved them wrong.

Kirtland is fundamentally sound and will not beat themself with penalites and turnovers.
Also, Kirtland will take this a business as usual. They have been here and done this before.
Fort Frye will have to play penalty and turnover free and have some breaks go there way or it will be a running clock in the 4th quarter.

Kirtland lead by 6-6 OT/DT Jack Bailey who is heading to Kent State. They had not allowed a rushing TD until last week.
Re: Final 4: Fort Frye (12-0) vs Kirtland (13-0)
I have been going to Fort Frye football games since elementary school. There have been a lot of good players and coaches come and go, and also a long run of terrible years not too long ago. Even though this looks like a mismatch, I want to say how proud I am of the players and coaches who put this season together. These aren't professional athletes signed by a general manager or college recruits assembled by a coach making six figures. I used to live next to Coach Huck's grandma and play Matchbox cars with his big brother. These players and coaches are kids of friends and neighbors who have worked hard to become great at what they do. Our school and communities are proud of the history you have made in representing the entire region. Whatever happens, hold your heads high.

108 D6 teams are sitting home tonight! These boys have did what hundreds of teams in Washington have never done before and that’s make it to State. Nothing to lose leave it on the field! This was your goal all year and you made it! Let’s not stop now. We are Fort Frye!
