This area is lucky to have so many nice facilities. The SOC II has great facilities for the athletes to play in.

Hopefully, Minfords field turf happens soon and maybe West will try for turf sometime.

I'll try this week. Didn't want to get too deep into the building seeing as it is an active construction zone.

The new uniforms look pretty good, the away ones are sweet.

Yep. It was originally supposed to be done in July.
They got started a week late, it rained 12 out of the first 14 days. Then had the issue of it not packing and it was sinking. That issue added about a month to take care of.
They're saying it will be done the end of the week.

As of this evening, it's down to around the opposite goal line.

Kids are excited. Really like the blue in the endzones.

SV vs Fairland who gets turf first? Green wins

Post by Tweeder82 »

The last 2 schools in Lawrence county without a turf field.
Do you like being a school with grass playing field or do they need to catch up with the times and get it installed? Who does it first?

Fairland

Symmes Valley don't need no turf.

Not many teams left playing on grass. I think all of Soc 2 will be on turf now.

Teams in our area all have grass. Not as much about keeping up with the times as it is about having the money
