Having those schools in the FAC is not feasible.
Travel would be way to much.
Hillsboro to Warren? Jesus.......

I agree, I think it is just fine the way it is now.

I agree but the FAC did come out publicly a few months ago about perusing other schools to create an 8 team conference. Any word on talks with other schools/potential additions?

I think Circleville and Logan Elm

Or waverly and unioto

But I’m sure they’re just testing the interest

All would be good additions. Waverly and unioto would be more central to the current teams but LE and Circleville aren’t too far out of the way. Easy travel up 23 too.

They won’t be happy in soc 2

History shows they’re not afraid to move leagues

Oak hill has natural rivals with VC , Wellston, meigs and river valley

If the tvc would open its eyes and send an invite they would accept

How long has oh been in the soc? I do agree that they won’t be happy in the big school soc starting next year. They border RV and Wellston and Alex/VC are within 40 minutes travel. Athens and NY are the only trips around 1 hour. Plus, competitiveness would be right in line with the TVC historically. Great facilities too.

I would not be opposed to that. I think they would be a good fit.

Oak Hill began play in the SOC in 1992. They were forced to find a new league as the SVAC folded.

That’s a pretty long time in the soc. I don’t think I’d say they jump around much. If Oak Hill did join the TVC, their schedule could look like,

Rock Hill
Minford
Northwest
Wellston
Nelsonville-York
Athens
Vinton County
Meigs
Alexander
River Valley

Looks good to me. Nelsonville-York is already on the schedule starting next year and Wellston is the season opener starting in 2020.

Great pick up for Nelsonville.
