I just want Portsmouth to play hard and be competitive. Winning by 30 that’s absurd. Do I think they can win. Sure do. But it won’t be easy. As stated it would be crazy to think Portsmouth will go 10-0. I think our offense will be fine but the defense is way smaller then there offense especially the line. If the Trojans play with everything they have and leave it out there then there’s no failure in that. They boys are ready. I’m looking forward to the game.

This will be a different game then last year. Parker will see far more touches, I believe he was a little banged up in this game last year.

The addition of Rowe’s passing ability with Parker, I don’t see PHS offense struggling to put up points on Gallia or anyone on the schedule.

Gallia will put points on PHS d as well even though they are improved. I see a shootout coming in all honesty. PHS d has had success this year at forcing turnovers, I’m hoping to see more of that Friday.

Win or lose I’m happy for the chance to go 5-0 for the first time since 2002.

It’s Game Day! Good luck Trojans, play 4 solid quarters and give it your all, never know what could happen.

All the running clock posts are absurd. Portsmouth is a solid team and with a favorable week 11 matchup, they could see week 12 or even 13 this year. Same with Ironton and GA. The top three teams in the league are all primed for a big season.

With that said, GA, I believe is the better team by a decent bit. But Portsmouth comes out playing with fire and keeps it close until the end. GA by 2 TDs and a FG

Would like to see Portsmouth win but I think Gallia Academy takes this one. Might be wrong but don't think they have enough on defense.

Portsmouth has been proving a lot of people wrong so far. Hopefully, they can keep this up! Would like to see a few more stops on D tho.

Right now, I'm seeing way too many missed tackles in the backfield from Portsmouth and unable to get any penetration when the Blue Devils go up the middle.

If Portsmouth can hang around til 4th quarter, Parker may be able to take over and Trojans steal a road win*

Trojans are having an extremely hard time stopping anything going up the middle

Good win for our blue devils. Portsmouth really on the right track down there. Think this is going to develop into a good rivalry. And what a league this could become. If Ironton, Gallia and Portsmouth keep there coaches long term.

Good luck the rest of way trojans

Portsmouth looked so good for a quarter and a half. Then, the Blue Devils simply made the right adjustments and wore Portsmouth down. The game was closer than the score and Talyn Parker is absolutely fantastic! The play where he ran down James Armstrong from about 10 yards behind him was unstinkinbelievable! And I don't know if I've seen a back hit holes like that in a long time. Next level! Can't wait to watch him on Saturdays! Great effort Trojans and good luck the rest of the year.
