Kinda looked like Ironton used the blue devils to experiment a little bit. Never felt like they wasn't in control so kinda focus on working on some wrinkles while maintaining a comfortable grip on the devils neck. Gallia showed heart.

That group of refs should never be involved with another Football game ever again. Absolute mind boggling level of incompetence.

GA played a great game. Ironton tried not to lose in the 2nd half. Like I said Pendelton doesn’t have the nuts to put a team away.

But they did enough to win…. Congratulations

Anyone claiming Gallia was gonna be a pushover or anything was likely trolling. One of the tougher opponents we play and nearly caught us sleeping last time. Typically a hard team to put away. From what I could tell over the radio the refs were subpar to say the least but play calling by Ironton was a little confusing too. Either way, gotta take care of business. Hats off to Gallia, your team has a ton of heart. Now onto Portsmouth.

TD Midland

Hurricane 21
Cabell Midland 14 ..

Tinsleys Hurricane team full of Capital and South Charleston transfers giving Midland fits.
Don’t forget the transfers for Midland hell their qb is from Park South
Yup. I'm pretty familiar with all the above. Hurricane had a bunch this year. If ya familiar with the Kanawha Co big schools you know the names. As well as Hurricane HC's ties to Kanawha Co.
Midland mighta been lookin ahead a Lil to Huntington. Problem is Hurricane is loaded and well coached. Midland loses next week too is my prediction.

Agree with playcalling. Not sure what was going on there. Sometimes I feel like I'm watching somebody pick random plays on madden. There's no real continuity. You can be unpredictable but also have a foundational philosophy and idk if there is one on offense tbh. Unless they are just experimenting content to cruise past Gallia.

There's no rhythm to the offense. Feels random.

It's week 10 and Irontons offensive line just isn't going to improve. Still not enough push and not fast enough off the ball. It's gonna be a problem that shows back up in the coming weeks folks.

Being objective BTW. Honest.

I do think GA can win some playoff games this year if they play like last night. Very psychical team! Good luck GA on the rest of your season.

Do Ironton fans ever change? I remember being at a playoff game between Ironton and Cincinnati Walnut Hills and at halftime the Ironton Fans were ready to run Coach Lutz 🐐 out of town. Then Ironton in the second half put the game away and all was well with the world!

Very proud of the Blue Devils effort last night. After some early miscues on offense with motion penalties, they seemed to settle down. Ironton very good fundamentally, which was difference in game.

You would think the Tri State Allstars coach would maybe organize some speaking classes for his players so maybe it would give the appearance of a little bit of class when being interviewed instead of arrogance

Definitely needed. I think the 2023 team is a bit more susceptible to getting caught early by someone they should not.
