It’s fine. If y’all are ok with getting embarrassed at home in the first round every year then go ahead. Ethan Summar is our best LB and didn’t play defense. Urbana was picking on 13 and never adjusted. Outcoached like crazy. Fantastic 50 had us as favorites and we lost by 35.

First off, don’t act like you know anything about our friendship, because you don’t.

Second, I won’t say anything about you constantly trashing an 18 year old kid, just because I know you’re a kid.

Nobody is happy or okay with games like tonight. Nobody will take this harder than the QB and his coach. Games like this aren’t acceptable and some things probably need to be addressed, but this is a program that went 18-4 the last two seasons after a Power 5 recruit decided to leave. Always having people freak out over the last game of the season doesn’t ever help and it always happens.

I see a common theme here in region 16.... it's just another level of football this area isn't at.

Taft is on another level, Wyoming on another level to lump them into that conversation isn’t fair. Unioto and Waverly different story sounds like both team outplayed and out coached by a mile. That’s the difference in these teams, the uniotos and Waverlys think status quo it’ll work eventually meanwhile the other team comes in with a gameplan to shut you down.

Not shocking they lost, it’s shocking the score was what it was. This game was tied at 14, wow what adjustments by Urbana.

I'd say Shawnee/Waverly and Urbana/Unioto faced the same situation tonight. Player for Player Bigger, Stronger, Faster.
People on here can complain about coaching this and that, play calling, etc. but what I saw at Shawnee tonight was total DOMINATION at every position and I'd say that was the same scene at Unioto tonight. The only way to change that is to change the culture and it doesn't happen over night. Until we are able to match up physically, we won't compete with these caliber teams.

D4 Region 16 is stacked that Urbana team was very very good. I don’t care what seed they are. Unioto had a great season sucks to drop that game. 14–14 game and then the swing Unioto left some plays on the field and Urbana made them. I thought Summars looked great running the rock. Hate that the game ended up getting so out of hand because I think for the tanks tonight he would have been able to keep them in this game.

You really think bigger, faster stronger from those teams?? If that’s the case it’s called weight room who’s in charge? It boils down to technique on a lot of cases, region 16 is really tough if coaches aren’t getting players bigger faster stronger that’s on them without the right program. Technique is taught, you get into close games or playoffs games coaches have to be that X factor plain and simple. MT and west 2 perfect examples gotta have coaches being the factor in the ability to win those.

Not really bigger faster stronger. On paper Unioto and Urbana were even. Unioto had 6 turnovers and changed their whole offense/defense for this game and Urbana exposed the same mismatches the whole game with no changes from Unioto.

Sucks Unioto abandoned the run everytime they got to the redzone

Also Urbana had the best player on the field in Donahoe. Made plays happen even when nobody was open or the pocket collapsed

Yes, they were bigger and stronger - obvious to see…. It absolutely starts in the weight room and everything that goes with that. Technique, absolutely.
Did I think play calling was bizarre tonight, yes. But we lose that that game 10 out of 10. Could we have made it closer, yes!
No reason to lose to MT and West….

Urbana kept attacking Unioto in the middle of the field. They were hitting that window shot to number 2 in their 3x1 set and 15 was the best player on the field. He didn’t have a huge arm he threw it with great anticipation and made all the throws. He was so good with his legs he was impressive.

Really hate it for Unioto that they couldn’t execute better tonight with this Urbana match up
