1. Go 10-0 every year and make a deep playoff run.

2. Execute #1 using the wins of the towns wealthiest people even if it means better athletes transfer to River Valley.

Seems easy enough to me.
We use the same recipe at Fed Hock. Would be good if we could get a game with GA and see who has higher standards.

3. Require zero financial support, faculty support or community support.

4. Preach to team and community as if you wrote the Bible (do NOT tell them about your drug habit/infidelity issues so you can continue to do both).

A lot of things can be overlooked when you win! But also things that were overlooked when you win will become a big problem with losing! So as Al Davis put it “Just Win Babby!! Coach Carter will be back next year unless he sees an advantage to move on to greener pastures!

It looks like he has accepted the job at Brunswick, southwest of Cleveland.

Congratulations, certain parents. You probably just set the football program back five years.

Brunswick is Division I in football with 822 boys. Honestly this looks like move up the coaching ladder for him. High school football in Northeastern Ohio is serious business. Maybe a very good move for him and wish him the best of luck!

Good move if what he wants is to move his career forward!

Hearing GA may move quickly to secure the coaching services of D1 before someone else snaps him up.
