Most teams around this area are more familiar with Cowbells.

Enough with the mumbo jumbo.

The only way to get your kids stronger is to max out on bench/deadlift and bicep curls weekly. There's no secret sauce- just hard work, grit and gainz.

dumbest post i have ever read. At Ironton we didnt care anything about how much you could curl.

How does curls help with football? I always did them for my time at the beach.
