Prayers for Rock Hill

Post by wobycat »

Rock Hill Schools lost one of their own today in missing person case. I'm not aware of the details, just knew he played football for the Redmen.

Just saw they have found a body in one of the ponds at the strip mines. No confirmation that it is the missing young man.

Absolutely terrible Saw on WSAZ that it was party near a strip mine and it was 2:00 a.m when it was busted and teens were running. Now there is a lot of questions but 1. Why are so many teens at a strip mine at 2:00 AM? Prayers for this young man's family! These things can happen very quickly!

The press release made it sound like he went into the water when the kids scattered and got stuck in the mud. Terrible.

Its unfortunate that decades and decades have passed and the so called adults havent been able to succesfully grow the town in a way that provided more and better recreation for kids.

Because only tragic deaths happen in SEO and other small communities. Seriously, what is wrong with you?

As for this young man’s family and the RH community, thoughts and prayers.

Yea it felt very very odd reading on social media how a lot of locals almost automatically had the victims friends that may or may have not been on scene, already listed as suspects, demanding they "talk" as if they have already been questioned and they were present during said questioning. The local lynch mob is blood thirsty for a scapegoat yes? Very disturbing indeed. Where were all the parents of all these minors? Nobody asked for any accountability from them nearly as quickly as the locals were demanding it from children huh? Very disturbing.
