Brady Quinn for sure. I wanted Quinn to get his shot all year. I dont know why they didnt put him in after halftime of the Cincinnati game. He couldnt have done any worse than Anderson. He SUCKED.

When you have a good thing don't abandon it.

I say split time between Quinn and Anderson this year, and give Quinn the nod next year and beyond.

I think the problem is that we do not remember Andre Ware Gahs,

And I agree completely. I am not even a Browns fan, but you should stick with the guy who proved themselves last year. Let Quinn have the back up role, and if Anderson struggles, then Quinn is there.

I am not a Browns fan at all, but the Bengals ran into something like this in the 2004 season. Kitna had a great 2003 season, and Palmer didn't take a snap. Marvin Lewis said that without a doubt Carson Palmer would start that year and Kitna would backup despite being the NFL Comeback POY. I don't think Brady Quinn is anywhere near Carson Palmer, and Anderson is younger than Kitna was at the time. So, if Quinn isn't a dead lock for quarterback of the future I say go for Anderson. If the Browns are for sure he's the guy I'd go with Quinn. They should definitely make the decision early.

For those who say Quinn.
What are you banking this on?

Please do not say his great time at Notre Dame(CAN NOT WIN A BIG GAME)

OR HIS TINY SHOWING FROM LAST SEASON OR THE PRESEASON.

Trade Anderson and get those draft picks. Quinn will be fine. People forget he is an understudy of Charlie Weiss. I think that coach knows quarterbacks

Like always sitting at the big gas station in Cattletsburg waiting for relief.

Is this the same Charlie Weiss that has can't miss super everything Jimmy Clausen? The same Clausen that can't keep the starting job for a team that won three games. Who's recruiting classes are always top 10.

You have to stick with Anderson until he proves it's time to make a move to Quinn or Anderson gets hurt. In this day you can't just "give" anything to anyone. Quinn has to be able to prove that it's his time. The main reason is in the locker room. I am sure there are a lot of loyal guys in the locker room that believe in Anderson. Quinn will get his chance, we as fans just need to be patient. If the Browns can get a lot in a trade for Anderson then jump on it if it makes the team better, but a better backup than Dorsey will have to be in the mix to catch Brady if he should fall...

Niether one of them could beat the Steelers. So, it doesn't really matter.
