Not yet! They are talking about it but nothing set in stone. Won't know until next week but I have a feeling the union will be the fly in the soup and fight it all the way to the supreme court.

Long way from over. What bothers the NFL most is the taxes breaks that dotard might try to take away.

I'll keep boycotting it because of poorly played and boring football, not because of the protests. Only positive about the NFL is the short halftime.

The games also move faster than college because of halftime and no clock stoppage to move the chains. Still would take in a big college game any day over the pros.

NFL now says they won't make players stand, players threatening to quit if they do that so Goodell wusses out

OK guys, let's look at this another way. Suppose you show up for work tomorrow at the factory/hospital/store or wherever you work and the management requires you to stand at attention for the National Anthem? Or to recite the mission statement of the company? How ridiculous is that? The Anthem at sporting events is a patriotic showing of support for the flag and the military. It is not a blanket oath to America. Like I said, you'll see me rise and hold my hand over my heart at the playing UNTIL it becomes a requirement, at which time I may choose to sit.

Things were happening very slowly with the Anthem and sports until dotard stepped in and called these guys SOBs. And now look where it is at. Other countries are now starting to take a knee mainly because of dotard. He ran Obama down for stepping in on a sport matter and he turns around and does it.
