They are just throwing the SEC a bone. Bama and LSU play each other this weekend so one will be out. Whoever wins this game has to win out and win the SEC championship game to finish in the top 4.

I personally think neither of them, given their close games against subpar teams, will finish with only one loss.

How is Alabama 4th? Theyre barely a top 10 team... Their ONLY LOSS is to #18 Ole Miss...AND almost lost at home to Tennessee.... But Notre Dame is lower than Alabama at #5 but their ONLY LOSS is to #1 Clemson? This Committee is pathetic. SEC Bias, Ole Miss beat Alabama but Ole Miss loses to Memphis by 2 TDs and Memphis is 13th? This math DOES NOT ADD up.

The media is full of a bunch of idiots. Clemson barely beat Louisville. They aren't good. LSU was only up 8 after 3 quarters to the worst team in America. Alabama lost to a bad ole miss team, they barely beat a God awful Tennessee team. Notre Dame is also overrated. I'm a Southern California fan and think ohio state is #1
