John Cooper won 192 games over a head-coaching career (1977-2000) at Tulsa, Arizona State and, most notably, Ohio State. His 111 wins at Ohio State rank second behind Woody Hayes. While Cooper is not held in high esteem by Buckeye fans due to his teams inability to beat M*chigan on a regular basis, he has remained a loyal supporter of TOSU despite being fired in 2000. In my opinion, Cooper was a good recruiter, but lousy game day coach. Still nice to see the man be recognized.
