WELL DAGNABBIT YESTERDAY DIDN'T WORK OUT AT ALL LIKE I WANTED IT TO EXCEPT I WAS ROOTING FOR CENTRAL FLORIDA AND NOTRE DAME, AND THEY BOTH WON. ---------- MICHIGAN LOST, AND THAT WAS THE ONLY BIG TEN LOSS THIS BOWL SEASON AS THE BIG TEN FINISHED 7-1 IN THEIR BOWL GAMES THIS BOWL SEASON. BUT WITH OKLAHOMA AND CLEMSON BOTH LOSING WE HAVE AN ALL SEC NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP NOW TWEEN GEORGIA AND BAMA. GIVE EM CREDIT, THE BOTH PLAYED AWESOME YESTERDAY IN WINS. BUT I'D RATHER WALK TO KROGERS ON MY LIPS ACROSS BROKEN GLASS THAN TO SEE ANOTHER SEC CHAMPION.

Perhaps the two best teams did advance to the final. My interest in this game is very near zero. I'd like to push back against the current playoff fervor. I liked the old days when you just had the traditional bowls and AP voted for the winner. But I'm a relic, and one who won't likely watch this coronation.

The real winner in the game will be the SEC. As to which team will win, I would say Alabama. Georgia may have left too much on the field in beating Oklahoma.

Just read the ratings for this years semi finals were way up, 26 percent over last year ! Down goes the theory of the Bucks not being there keeping down the ratings. I'll be curious to see how the championship game does with so little of the country being represented.

in my lifetime I have never seen UGA win a national title.........I despise the all SEC national title and even more so with the BIG10 going 7-1 in bowl season. I highly doubt I will stay up to midnight watching this one and quite frankly do not care who wins. cause as stated before the SEC is the real winner........maybe the dawgs can pull this one out so I can at least muster something from the national title game.

Last year was the lowest with 25.7 million viewers. The first year drew 33.8 million. I am guessing it will be higher than last year,but lower than the first.
