I have been able to watch both of these match ups, though I believe the first was one of those, that I did not post on. The first time around Saint Mary's(24-3, 13-1 West Coast Conf)beat Gonzaga(23-4, 13-1 Conf) by three. This time around the Bulldogs jumped all over the Gales and never really looked back. Gonzaga hit 47.1% of their shots and connected on 77.8% of their free throws. The Gales hit only 41.5% of their shots and 76.2% of their free throws.

Leading the Bulldogs was,Rui Hachimura(Sendai, Japan) with 21 points off of the bench. He played 28 minutes and made 10-14 shots from the floor.Zach Norvell Jr.(Chicago, Ill) had 17 points and 7 boards.

For Saint Mary's making 5-20 three's really killed them when all was said and done. Leading the way in defeat was,Cullen Neal(Albuquerque, NM) who scored 18 points off of the bench. He totaled 16 minutes of floor time.
