Arizona State (4-1) got everything they could from a Indiana(0-5) team today in Arizona. The two team combined for 8 hits(6 by the Sun Devils) The game had one bomb and that was from
Makayla Ferrari(Valparaiso, Ind.) of the Hoosiers.

For Arizona State Breanna Macha(Mesa, Ariz) picked up the win(2-0) by going six innings. She allowed both of the hit that Indiana got. The Sun Devils have a new coach, that was at Fresno State last season and she has three transfers, two of them are from her old team. Morgan Howe (Poway, Calif.) is one of them and she had a nice game going 2-3 with 2 RBI. Jade Gortarez (Riverside, Calif.) is another she came from Texas. She also had 2 hits today.
