Kentucky (18-9, 7-7 SEC) ends a four game losing streak and climbs back to ,500 in SEC.
For the Cats owning the boards was a major difference in this one, with the Cats owning a 44-27 advantage. Shooting just 43.8% from the floor compared to 47.3% for Bama(17-10, 8-6 Conf) Bama hurt themselves hitting just 13-21 compared to 21-28 for the Cats.
