In the first game of this year's tournament, Radford defeats LIU Brooklyn 71-61 in the First Four in Dayton. This secures Radford's #16 seed, and they will advance to play Villanova on Thursday in Pittsburgh.

The second game of night one in Dayton goes to St. Bonaventure, as they claim a 65-58 victory over UCLA. The Bonnies will advance to play Thursday in Dallas against Florida.

Texas Southern dominating this game right now. They are showing that strength of schedule is crucial in the non-conference, they played a brutal one at the beginning of the season.

Texas Southern defeats North Carolina Central 64-46. They will advance to play Xavier on Friday in Nashville.

First tourny win in program history for Texas Southern.

The last of the First Four games have ended. Syracuse secures an 11 seed by defeating Arizona State, 60-56.

Syracuse will advance to play a 6th seed, TCU, in Detroit on Friday.
