Wright State (10-6,1-0) won their conference opener yesterday,by defeated Oakland(2-13,0-1)by the count of 3-0 in Fairborn, Ohio.Wright State scored all of the runs that would be scored in the game in the very first inning.

Damon Dues (Vandalia-Butler H.S/Ohio) doubled in the first run. Peyton Burdick (Glen Este H.S/Ohio) singled in the run and the last run came on a fielders choice by, Seth Gray (Springfield Shawnee H.S./Oh)to make it a 3-0 game.

Ryan Weiss(HS/Ill (3-0) got the win.
Picking up the save was,Derek Hendrixson(Centerville H.S./Oh) his 3rd.

The loss went to Nick Parr (0-4) (Powell, Ohio/Olentangy Liberty)
Drew Demumbrum(Plainfield, Ill./Plainfield East) had two hits for Oakland.
