In the Big Ten, there is just never a let up from night to night. Wednesday was no different as the Buckeyes fell to #9 Nebraska 3-1 (15-25; 25-23; 12-25; 9-25). Although they played hard and were able to win one set, the other sets were not even close to a top ten team in the Huskers. Vanja Bukilic led the Buckeyes in scoring with 14 points, and Becca Mauer's 29 assists.

Next up, Ohio State will travel to Northwestern on Sunday.

Another sweep at the hands of yet another Big Ten opponent for the Buckeyes, as they fell at Northwestern 3-0 (15-25; 18-25; 20-25). The last few matches, it's almost as if the Buckeyes have just packed up the bags for the year, as they haven't even played many close sets, let alone full matches. OSU was lead in scoring by Vanja Bukilic with 14 points, and led in assists by Becca Mauer with 20.

Ohio State will host a pair of opponents on Friday against Illinois and Sunday against Northwestern.

Friday marked another loss for the Buckeyes as they fell at home to #4 Illinois, 3-1 (25-17; 18-25; 25-11; 25-19). OSU was able to win one set, but got dismantled in nearly every other set. They were led by Vanja Bukilic with 17 points. And were also led by Olivia Dailey's 36 assists.

They will stay at home the rest of the weekend, as they host Northwestern on Sunday.

Ohio State fell again on Sunday afternoon, this time to Northwestern in Columbus, 3-1 (25-19; 18-25; 29-27; 25-20). Although they did lose convincingly, they did make this match a little more competitive than they have in awhile, including a set win and sending one into extra points. Vanja Bukilic led the Buckeyes in scoring with 15 points. Olivia Dailey tallied 38 assists as well.

Next up, OSU will travel to Michigan State on Wednesday before hosting Maryland on Saturday.

As evident last night on the road as it has been all season, this hasn't been one of the better seasons the Buckeyes have had. They fell on the road at Michigan State on Wednesday 3-1 (25-18; 24-26; 25-19; 25-10). They kept several set relatively close, but were absolutely blown out in the fourth and final set. That is the 7th consecutive loss for OSU.

They were led by Vanja Bukilic's massive match of 21 points. And, 17 assists from Becca Mauer.

They host Maryland on Saturday.
