Tampa has claimed the D2 women's volleyball national title, their third in program history. They claimed the title by defeating Western Washington 3-2. Their path to the title included:

vs. Saint Leo - W 3-0
vs. Barry - W 3-1
vs. Palm Beach Atlantic - W 3-1
vs. American International - W 3-0
vs. Washburn - W 3-0
vs. Western Washington - W 3-2

For the second time in program history, Florida State has claimed the national title in D1 women's soccer. They defeated fellow ACC rival North Carolina 1-0 on Sunday to win the title. Their path to the championship included:

vs. Loyola-Chicago - W 1-0
vs. South Florida - W 3-1
vs. USC - T 1-1 (W in PKs)
vs. Penn State - W 1-0
vs. Stanford - W 2-0
vs. North Carolina - W 1-0

USC has claimed the national title in men's water polo for the 10th time in program history, and the first time since 2013, when their consecutive streak ended at six titles in a row. They defeated Stanford 14-12 to claim the championship. Their path to the title included:

vs. UCLA - W 8-7
vs. Stanford - W 14-12

It was a bracket that the Big Ten dominated this year in D1 men's soccer, as the final four consisted of three Big Ten teams and Akron. But, it was Maryland that came out on top as champions, as they claimed their fourth title in program history, defeating Akron 1-0. For the Terrapins, not only was it their fourth in program history, but their first one since 2008. Their path to the title included:

vs. NC State - W 2-0
vs. Duke - W 2-0
vs. Kentucky - W 1-0
vs. Indiana - W 2-0
vs. Akron - W 1-0

The D1 women's volleyball final four will begin on Thursday. The matchups are:

#1 Stanford vs. #4 BYU
#3 Illinois vs. #7 Nebraska

The FCS Football semifinals are set, games will be this Friday and Saturday:

#1 North Dakota State vs. #5 South Dakota State

#3 Eastern Washington vs. #7 Maine

The D2 football championship will be Saturday at 4pm on ESPNU:

#1 Valdosta State vs. #3 Ferris State

Valdosta State will be seeking their first national title since 2012 and their fourth overall title. While Ferris State is playing in the championship game for the first time.

Finally, in D3 football, the championship will yet again consist of Mount Union vs. Mary Hardin-Baylor. This will be the second consecutive year the championship game has pitted these two teams against each other. Mount Union will be seeking their 14th overall title, 2nd in a row and 3rd in the last 4 years. While Mary Hardin-Baylor will be searching for their second overall title, with the other coming in 2016.

The game will be Friday at 7pm on ESPNU.

The D1 women's volleyball championship match is set. It will feature Stanford vs. Nebraska. Nebraska will be seeking their second consecutive title, and their 6th overall. While Stanford will be searching for their 8th overall title, and second in the last 3 years.

Two powerhouses faced off in the D3 football national championship game on Friday night, as new power Mary Hardin-Baylor defeated perennial power, Mount Union, 24-16. It is their second title in the last three years, making it their second overall. Their path to the title included:

vs. Hardin Simmons - W 27-6
vs. Berry - W 75-9
vs. St. John's - W 21-18
vs. Wisconsin Whitewater - W 31-14
vs. Mount Union - W 24-16

It was a shootout in the D2 football national championship game, as Valdosta State was able to claim the title over Ferris State 49-47. This was their fourth title in program history and first since 2012. Their path to the title included:

vs. Bowie State - W 66-16
vs. Lenoir-Rhyne - W 61-21
vs. Notre Dame - W 30-24
vs. Ferris State - W 49-47

Stanford has claimed the 2018 D1 women's volleyball national title by defeating Nebraska 3-2. Just like it is almost every year, it was a team from the Pac 12 or Big Ten that has claimed the title. For Stanford, it was their 8th title in program history and second in the last three years. Their path to the title included:

vs. Alabama State - W 3-0
vs. Loyola Marymount - W 3-0
vs. Washington State - W 3-1
vs. Penn State - W 3-1
vs. BYU - W 3-0
vs. Nebraska - W 3-2

Earlier today, North Dakota State claimed the FCS football national title, their 7th, which is the most in FCS history (all coming since 2011). They claimed the title by defeating Eastern Washington 38-24. Their path to the title included:

vs. Montana State - W 52-10
vs. Colgate - W 35-0
vs. South Dakota State - W 44-21
vs. Eastern Washington - W 38-24

The fall sports season is now officially over, as Clemson claimed the national title over Alabama in FBS football, 44-16. It's Clemson's 3rd national title, 2 of which have come in the Dabo era.
