We will see if the Pirate has it in him....Gardner Minshew ,who has been Possibly the biggest story in College football this side of TT of course,this year,has had a hell of a year going in there as a transfer from ECU..In the aftermath of the Tyler Helinski Tragedy. Which is unspeakable....

Minshew was packed and ready to go to Tuscaloosa to back up TT's in the event that Jalen Hurts would leave the program.Gardner was also guaranteed a G.A. position for THE TIDE,or even a position as an offensive analyst for a year next year for THE TIDE.....He was close to being there....Jalen was wavering.....Daddy was mad

And The Pirate swooped in..Got him to Pullman....And asked him 1 important question.." Do you want to be the backup at Alabama?...Or do you want to lead the country in Passing"....Took the next train out and as it is right now,if Gardner Minshew is not in NYC for the Heisman Ceremony?....Something is really screwed up....Seasons most unbelievable and surprising player.

I for one would love to see wazzou play utah for the pac-12 next wk.

Washington has been way too up and down this yr.

The Huskies are still a fine team who play great defense....Have dominated the series Recently.....Jake is one of,if not,the most experienced QBs in America and Chris Peterson is a Top 5 Coach in America...Along with Dabo...Coach Saban...Jimbo....and Coach Harbaugh.....I have broken down Wazzu in the past few years in this matchup..And really believed that they would and could win this matchup!!...WRONG!!...I backed them !! EVEN if The Pirate Would NOT run the football .....But this year Wazzu is truly one of the 6 BEST teams in America at this time. They are a VERY solid Defensive team. And the accuracy,creativity,mobility,and attitude of Gardner Minshew will be the difference this year. Again,UW is VERY capable of winning the Apple Cup again..But I dont think so.I truly believe that Wazzu is better than Oklahoma....And better than Michigan....And would be a worthy team in the Playoffs if they can get by UW and a Tough as hell Utah outfit..They may not make it...BUT....If they win the NEXT 2 weeks?...They are darn sure worthy. That I guarantee....
