Ohio State hung around to put the game away. Didn't dominate which was needed in this one game to get in the playoffs. Oklahoma won but kept it close. Then Georgia lost and kept it close. Good season but underperforming. OSU should go out and play well in the Rose Bowl. Just worry about winning that game to finish with one loss.

TMZ is now reporting that after Gus Johnson asked Haskins if he would be allowed to escort him to the Heisman ceremony. The restraining order is in effect that Johnson must stay 100 feet away. Not to force his love affair onto Haskins.

Well 45-24 final for Ohio State. The game was a summation of the Buckeye season. Moments of brilliance sandwiched around the mistakes that have plagued them all season.

Northwestern deserved a better outcome from their effort.

State had 607 yards total offense, with Haskins going 34-41 for 499 and 5 touchdowns. The Buckeyes could only muster 108 yards on the ground. Northwestern had 418 total yards.

2018 turned out be a good, but not great season given the early season turmoil and Meyer's health status. A Big 10 championship is an accomplishment.

The Bucks pretty much no chance at the playoffs, but the Rose Bowl is a decent consolation.

The big questions are was this Haskin 's last game as a Buckeye and Urban's last regular season game as head coach at OSU.

I think ohio state has made there case that they are worthy. they are 12-1. big ten east champions, and big ten champions. they played a tougher schedule according to teams that were ranked when they played them. murdered number 4 Michigan in the final game of the season. they played no fcs teams, what more can you ask for.and they had a very nice win in a convincing final score in their win over northwestern in the big ten championship game. they have nothing to hang their heads about other than the purdue game. but the big ten is chalked full of teams that can beat anybody and day. with everything that happened this year, this poster is very proud of them.
