Last season Southwestern (Texas) was 7-3 and look to improve on that this season. Things went great for them in the opening quarter against Denison(1-0)

Frederick Hover 11 yd run. (Luke Fierst kick gave the road dogs a 7-0 lead,with 12:45 left in the first. The score become 14-0 after a Landry Bray 47 yd pass from Frederick Hover, with :26 left in the quarter.

Denison would get back in this one with 14-points in the 2nd. Canaan Gebele(Annapolis, Md. / Broadneck) ran for a score and threw a touchdown pass to Alex Minton(Bethel Park, Pa. / Bethel Park)
Southwestern would go to the half up three, after a field goal by, Fierst.

Gebele's 65 yd run and the point after kick from,Pat Kramer(Chicago, Ill. / Loyola Academy)put the Big Red up 21-17.

Southwestern would retake the lead on a Frederick Hover and the point after kick, at 24-21.
Gebele rushed for another score to close out the quarter,with the Big Red up 28-24.

In the fourth Gebele rushed for another score and found Minton for another Denison score. Cody Farley(Johnstown rushed for a score to make it a 49-24 Denison lead.

Southwestern got a final touchdown when Frederick Hover connected with AJ Daniels.

I just watched the replay, so that is my reasoning for just posting this one.
